About us
Green Agriculture Youth Organization is a Non governmental non-profit registered Organisation in accordance with the Non governmental organisations Act number 16 of 2009 in the Republic of Zambia. Green Agriculture Youth Organization was Registered on 17th March 2020 With the main focus centred on contributing to the fight against hunger, poverty and unemployment in Zambia by promoting voices for climate change , Agriculture entrepreneurship among women and youths and advocacies for Land ownership. The Organization takes into account the hindrances that affect the growth of women and youths already in Agriculture and those that prevent them from venturing into Agriculture and offer a complete range of home grown Agricultural solutions across the value chain as a way to compliment government efforts in developing the country.
We are committed to making every Woman and youth Self reliant. we are working to ensure that Women and youths have access to Agricultural Education, Extension, Mentorship, meaningful employment and opportunities to develop their potential.
A society where Women and youths have equal opportunity to realize their fullest potential and productively participating in economic development and the country's Growth domestic Product through Agriculture entrepreneurship.
